Mr. Lebohang Lekoba
Country Chairperson (South Africa)

Lebohang Lekoba is a Fraud Management Specialist who has worked in the Telecoms, Banking and Consulting industries. He began his professional career as a consultant in 2014. He has expertise in Fraud Risk Management, Forensic Investigations, KYC Remediation, Enhanced Due Diligence and AML Investigation and Reporting.
Lebohang is a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the ACFE and ADESA. Lebohang has a BTech Internal Auditing degree from the Tshwane University of Technology. He also has a Post Graduate Certificate in the Investigation of Financial Crime from the University of Pretoria.

Ms. Refiloe Kitchin
Country Vice-Chairperson (South Africa)

Refiloe is an Analyst for TransUnion Africa, where she’s working with
the Analytics, Big Data, Systems Architecture, and Application
development teams. Before this role, she was a Junior Data Scientist at
BCX.

She has a Diploma in Information Technology from Central University of
Technology (South Africa), a Certificate in Programming and System
Analysis from Scottsdale Community College (USA). She is a Microsoft
Certified Professional and an alumna of Community College Initiative, a
program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of
Educational and Cultural Affairs. In 2019, she completed a Certificate
in Data Science with Explore Data Science Academy.

Refiloe has Information Technology experience having worked in South
Africa, Singapore (remotely), and United States of America. Some of the
awards and recognition received are: Maricopa Community College
District Chancellor’s Civic Leadership Medallion, Scottsdale Community
College President’s Honor roll, and has held roles such as Vice
President for Women Rising and a Board member in the Council of Student
Leaders at Scottsdale Community College. Other than Data Engineering and
Science, Refiloe is passionate about social entrepreneurship. Having
worked voluntarily with many companies and organizations, some of the
social causes close to her heart are education (particularly digital
skills and computer literacy); women and youth empowerment; and
unemployment.
